Who is the Promotion Committee?

The Promotion Committee sells a positive image of downtown Plainfield and encourages consumers and investors to live, work, shop, play, and invest in our downtown.  Advertising, retail promotional activity, special events, and marketing campaigns are carried out by local volunteers to augment this image.  These activities improve consumer and investor confidence and encourage commercial activity and investment in the area.
